Al Carbón Grill & Steak — Restaurant in Iquitos

Place was recommended by a friend. We had large quantities of food that easily Satisfied our starving appetites. We got the appetiser with the anti Cucho mix. I got the Pescado fillet and my friend got first chicken dish listed under pollo. The sauces that they gave us enhanced the flavours. The fish was fried perfectly and moist inside. The lemon was not overly sweet. I tried papa dorados for the 1st time & they were fried well. I loved how each one of the sauces complimented each other from creamy savoury to spicy vinegar mix.

The restaurant is on the corner so it can be hard to hear each other at times with the traffic. The waiter could’ve come to check on us more. We had to call him to come refill our sauces and ordering more food. I would come...
