The hostel is just down the road from the main plaza. When we got there it was very clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful! We made a reservation (Bk*.com) 3 days before our arrival. At arrival they pretended not to know anything about our reservation. They offered us their luggage room instead of a double room with own bathroom. That room was also dark (no windows) and very dirty. Worst experience ever.||Besides, the personnel only speaks spanish, so they can't help you fix the problem at all if you're not a fluent...
