Went there a couple of times. Visitor here on business. While waiting for a take away and having a margarita I noticed the managers and a couple of staff prancing around me as if I was being profiled. I initially said hello to the manager whom stood distance from me., very awkward approach. Whilst having a bottomless margarita the staff told me I need to pay for my next serving. I don’t think the staff pay close attention to requests made by patrons. This all occurred on 27 September.. I went back to get a take away on 28 September and the manager named Johanna saw me and gave me what to appeared to be a rude stare as if I wasn’t welcomed. As I received my order I asked to speak with the manager and while speaking with her I asked if I was welcomed there as I get like I wasn’t welcomed. Her response was “I was waiting for you to smile” that isn’t something I’d expect to hear from a manager. I’m a customer and as a customer paying money to a business there is an expectation of valued customer service which requires staff to show some integrity on behalf of the business you represent. For a manager to make that statement is completely unprofessional. To all black Americans who decide to go to the Chili’s BEWARE!!! You are not wanted! I WILL NEVER GO. ACK TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS EVER AGAIN. Johanna the manager needs to have some follow up training on how to provide Great Customer Service and lead by example not Walk around mea mugging patrons for No...
Read moreChili's SM Clark is really the best restaurant at SM Clark in my opinion. As a family, we've been going to this Chili's for ten years. There are several restaurants at the Skyline, however many are not on par with Chili's 🌶️ The 2nd best so far is Texas Roadhouse SM Clark.
Nearly every visit, Chili's has consistent high quality food and service. The price is also reasonable. We paid ₱3,459 on our last visit (family of 5). The full rack of ribs at Chili's was ₱1,500; at TGIF Clark it's ₱1995! So the value is at Chili's.
There are also kids' meals at Chili's, which saves a family money. TGIF does not have kids' meals.
The San Miguel draft beer 🍺 is very fresh, and comes in a frosted mug. All the cocktails such as El Presidente Margarita and Long Island Ice Tea are made with top shelf liquor, so you'll feel better afterwards. In contrast, the TGIF at the back uses bottom shelf liquor. I'd surely choose Chili's for drink quality while at SM Clark.
Overall, the staff is highly attentive and genuinely cares about your experience. I'd most definitely recommend this Chili's to...
Read more5 stars for cleanliness 5 stars for ambiance 5 stars for food 4 stars for the venue(because it is so near the entrance door there is a chance that bugs will fly around - be alert and ask for a candle/s for your table)
It is a bit expensive. If you are a foodie but stingy, I recommend if you'll eat in group and you will split the bill, be prepared at least 800/pax depending on the dish you want.
I also recommend their FAJITAS, the beef is divine!!! There's 3 flat bread that will be serve but you still have 2 free more just kindly ask the wait staff about it.
Since March they are now practicing straw-less so please be eco friendly and don't asks for straw anymore.
They also have free sundae if it's your birthday so if they didn't ask just tell them it's your birthday and they will very gladly to greet and sing you a happy...
