It was okay. It wasn't as good as TGIF in the USA. Ribs are actually better next door at Texas Roadhouse. Service was decent but slow - beer was brought late when it was time to pay the bill. Our family usually eats at Chili's SM Clark, and I think it's much better. Staff is more experienced at Chili's SM Clark. The price is also actually much cheaper at Chili's 🌶️. In addition, most reviewers here only have 1 or 2 reviews - they're giving discounts for reviews.
For a family of 5, the bill at TGIF Clark was ₱5,244 which is way too much (Chili's is usually in the ₱3,000 - ₱4,000 range). They're way overpriced compared to Chili's. A Crown Royal whiskey and Coke costs ₱430 at TGIF Clark (Tequila Reef costs ₱175); Full Rack of Ribs ₱1955 (₱1400 at Chili's); Salisbury Steak ₱725; Baked Mac & Cheese ₱445; Solo Caesar Salad ₱405; Sambuca shot ₱200; Small Crazy Carabao Draft ₱260. These prices are insane!
TGIF doesn't have kids' meals but Chili's does. San Miguel is not on tap at TGIF whereas Chili's has draft. Also there are no top shelf cocktails - they use bottom shelf. Overall, service was decent, but prices were too high - especially considering they're lacking amenities all TGIF locations should have. To summarize, no kids' meals, no San Miguel draft, no top shelf cocktails, and they're way overpriced. I'd recommend Chili's SM Clark or Texas Roadhouse SM Clark which are...
Read moreWent there yesterday to try their 375 Allday around 6pm to be exact and we were so hungry. Another customers came in in front and on the other side of our table after 5mins yet the waitress gave them the menu first.
Gave us the menu and the waitress was so mataray and didn't bother to repeat our order (were not sure if the additional dessert was added or not).
6:15 they gave us the complimentary nachos and ice teas 6:30: got our appetizers (buffalo bites - soury and salty, caesar salad - no dressing and supper dry!!!) 6:45: got our entrees and were dissapointed. (mushroom chicken - dryyyyy, liempo - filipino style??) 7:00: done eating and waiting for our dessert. By this time, the 2 tables after us left already!!!
7:30: asked the waiter to follow up and told him that if it's not yet ready, just cancel it and bill us out.
I WAS SO DISSAPOINTED ALREADY BY THIS TIME AND WANTED TO LEAVE!
7:45: gave us the dessert and girl!!!! it's so small yet took a long time to serve!??? It's too sweet so another dissapointment so I left and let my bf paid it himself.
THIS IS OUR FIRST TIME AS WE'VE BEEN FUN OF CHILLIS AND THIS CANNOT BE COMPARED WITH THEM! I CAN STILL FEEL HOW I WAS DEEPLY DISSAPOINTED AND ANGRY WITH THEIR...
Read moreBy far and away the WORST TGI I have ever been to and, I've been to many over the world.
My wife's cocktail came out with our starters, really?! Speaking of starters the mozzarella sticks were hard inside. Clearly cooked some time ago and then went back to solid cheese again. Oh and the boneless bites were cold. And no truffle crisps because and, this is a direct quote "not good quality" from our server! You don't say that! You simply say that it's not available.
Main course was ... Main course.... Dry ribs and some bizarre tasting carrot and sweetcorn mix, very very strange taste.
Final course came out still frozen solid. Ice cream should be soft, ya know, like it is at all the other TGI! (If our spoons break your plates, it not our fault!)
Now there are three of them trying to make my wife's latte! Honestly!! Three of them to work a latte machine...facepalm!
Serving staff have no idea how to prioritise. Ordered a beer, they all stand around having a chat about something for 10 minutes and then we push and they suddenly poor my beer.
I helped people sitting outside who couldn't get attention (I was inside near window) as the staff are too busy doing unimportant stuff.
Utter shambles, not coming back and...
