Stayed with Surfing Temple for 3 nights, and can I just say that these were the best 3 nights of our whole trip? I can not stress enough how consistent they are, from the quality of the food to their customer service. From the day of our arrival, during our whole stay, and till the day we left, we were always greeted with a smile by the staff. I know people in Siargao are generally nice but they were different, very approachable and not selective on who they serve! It's the same top-notch service for everyone! The food was great, we were lucky to be able to try the ceviches and the kinilaws which were only available on Wednesdays to my knowledge. Pulpo Frito was our favorite! The only thing I would say though, and I may be nitpicking here, is that the path inside leading towards the resort would be better if cemented. At the moment, it's only rocks and mud covering the path, and it could be a potential accident-prone area if wet and slippery. But that, for me, is only a minor issue in comparison to what they can offer in return! Very happy...

We went there two times, unfortunately I only have documented in pictures part of the second time. But my favorites were the fresh spring rolls, grilled veggies, and the catch of the day! People I went with opted for the pulled pork bomba which they said was amazing, and the green bowl was great as well.
The ambience was remarkable, really cool pool and nice place to have a drink. I did the three stars because the pink hummus tasted more to beetroot and personally I think the taste has to be more like a hummus with a touch of beetroot, in addition to that, the texture was not smooth as it used to be in a hummus. Salmon gravlax was excessively salty, and the wagyu tartare can be improved (it...

Surfing Temple is a hidden gem in the middle of General Luna, it is quite hard to get in and out of the establishment, but once you're in it's harder for you to want to get out. The place is very mod and chill, definitely a vibe you'd want to be in when you're on a vacation.
The rooms are quite spacious, it dons a king sized bed with a industrial tropic interior. The bathroom boasts an outdoor shower only covered by a bamboo wall, you're like literally showering by the forest. Downside of this is you get lots of insects in the room due to the semi open design, nevertheless the mood is on point.
One highlights of my stay would be their food. On Wednesdays they have a ceviche night, and they are definitely a must try.
All in all, Surfing temple is great place to stay...
