Fersal Hotel - Neptune, Makati — Hotel in Makati

The rooms here surprised me alot they were nice for the price range. The rooms are large and quite fresh. The bathroom a little dated but was fine.

I Like they have water stations in the hallway and a large jug you can fill in the room. Good for reducing plastic water bottles

The TV didn't work for the duration of my stay. They said they were changing providers or something and gave up asking.

Aircon was good and cold a little noisy as a box aircon.

Shower was strong pressure. Water was super hot.

I booked the room for 2 nights and the price went up by 50% when extended room for additional nights.. Not sure why it did I checked when booking first nights the price was all the same..

I would stay here again if TV worked for lazy nights in.

Location wise is good for a short walk to burgos Street or the mall to the left. 7-11 next door is super convenient

Arrival at Fersal Hotel Makati Manila. Staff greeting was good, Hotel was not ready had to wait 20 min for room, upon entering the room it was like a Hot house took 30 minutes to get it cooled, they know guests are arriving have the Air conditioning going. Rooms are dated and in need of updating, bath room is very cramped and not much room to move we had issues with the shower, water was cold (Saturday & Sunday) this was rectified on a Monday, simply not good enough for hotel guests. Was told we don’t have Maintenance personnel on weekends, Internet was very poor consistently dropping out on level 3 ( time for better internet service especially in room, (reception area had very good internet service) They advertise free Internet but what’s the point if you don’t have constant connection.||The rooms close to the road is very noisy in mornings with traffic flow.||Other than that the staff were tremendous and very courteous.||Will I go back, not sure if I...

Best thing about Fersal Neptune is their location. It is right smack at the centre of Makati Avenue - a stone's throw from a new mall, public transport available right in front, banks and restaurants all over the area. ||||This branch has been there for the longest time. Never tried it until last December - twice. The room interiors are not new especially those in the first two floors. But the AC works well and there's hot water in the shower.
