All the staff are very accommodating and very understanding and when it comes to cleanliness well one of the best but they really need to upgrade their rooms and they need to have strict rules when it comes to smoking and whatnot since we have a group of indians in the other room which are heavy smokers when I say heavy oh boy, even the elevator stinks when they are around I guess even in the elevator they are just allowed by the management to smoke since our room was a connecting room their cigarette smoke was filling our room causing allergies to us and even our new laundries smelled like it came from a smoking area. what this place needs is to renovate all their rooms like update the interiors and come on board up those old rooms its very creepy (please see attached photo below) another thing that they need is to properly maintain old ACs since some of them can't make the room cool enough to make your sleep comfortable but the good side to this hotel is all the rooms I guess have their own kitchen wherein you can cook for yourself and thats a big help for those staying for quite some time since resto and fastfood chains around this area is not that...

• all the rooms we have stayed in (3 in total) have had unusable safes.
• "kitchen" appliances: fridge smelled mouldy, kettle doesn't stop boiling until you unplug it. ⚫ toilet smelled like sewage and doesn't flush properly
There are also little things like having no hooks for towels in the bathroom or mattress that clearly been around for decades. But I guess one man's trash is another's treasure. So suit yourself and I wish you all the best if you are...
