A horrific experience.
A detailed description of why below -
Entered this restaurant at approx 5:05 pm this evening. The waiter guided me to a table that was already cramped between two other tables and a guest had her bags on the sofa next to me. Anyway that was fine. Didn't mind that. But what came next was nothing short of humiliating and embarassing. We were two of us and we sat patiently waiting for someone to come and attend to us. It was 10 mins past but still neither of the two waiters attended to us. There was a lady and a man attending the tables. Now the time is 5:18 pm the waitress attends the table next to us on my right , gives them a menu , then moves to the other table to our left picks up dishes and walks away. Still absolutely no attention given to us. My colleague at this point is livid and about to leave. I still ask him to wait let's give them a chance. But after another 5 mins. We see more guests walk in the two waiters attend to them. Seat the guests and hand out menus to them. Alas it's 5:25 pm now and neither of the waiters have even bothered to show basic courtesy and hospitality towards us. Not one of them even bothered to ask us do we need anything , or even give us a menu which is basic hospitality when entering a restaurant. We just walked out and will never visit this...

Sentro 1771 was buzzing on a Saturday night—every table filled and the energy lively. It took a while for our food to arrive, but honestly, the wait didn’t matter once we started eating.
We were especially excited about their Sinigang na Corned Beef, which we ended up devouring so quickly we completely forgot to take a photo. The broth was perfectly sour, just how sinigang should be, and the tender corned beef was a nice, hearty twist on the classic. It was comforting and packed with flavor—something you’d come back for.
The lechon kawali was crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside, just the way you hope it will be. The grilled bangus, topped with calamansi slices, was simple yet satisfying—a great balance of smoky and tangy. We finished off the meal with desserts like sticky rice with mango and suman with ube, which were the perfect mix of indulgence and nostalgia.
Yes, the wait was long, but the food and the warm, vibrant vibe of the place made it worth it. Sentro 1771 is the kind of spot where Filipino favorites are done with care, and you leave thinking about what you’ll...
Read moreThe ambiance was great as well as the staff. We book the private room for the group of 20 pax. All the food that we ordered are very salty. The dinuguan when you bite the meat it taste like rock salt. I was suppose to ask one of the staff to try the food for them to know how much salt was in there but they where busy. We we're excited to try the corned beef sinigang. I was expecting it to be maasim but it wasn't. The GG it was nicely plated but you can only taste the salt. Every dish that we ordered was very salty. We had a good experience before at BGC branch, but this time very disappointing. For us not to ruin the night, we just made a joke out it, that the chef was angry with us. I paid 20,000+ for the food that we didn't enjoy. Sorry not coming back again. This is an...
