CLEANER STOLE MY JEWELRY and obviously would not return or admit it, I reported it to the front desk which was not of much help. My jewelry was left out for a couple hours in the morning and after coming back from the beach at midday they were gone after a “room cleaning”. Staff have done nothing to help me, the Jewelry were very sentimental gifts I’m absolutely devestated. They even mention to me this is not the first time someone has had this complaint ! • We booked a double bed and single bed room, got told we were given an “upgrade” to a room that had 2 single beds instead… • Final night we transferred room to one with a double bed, surfaces were dirty and a lot of the furniture outdated. The bathroom shower has very low pressure and was cold, we had to use a bucket to wash ourselves which I would not mind but we are paying good money to be in this hotel we expected decent quality. Also after using the bathroom in this room my feet have become extremely itchy and sore, I am worried I’ve got ATHLETES FOOT. What kind of hotel is this??? • Also the wifi is absolutely terrible. The worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel, it disconnects every 10 mins you have to type a new code in every single time it’s a nightmare.
I’m not even a picky guest , I’ve stayed in many hotels from 2 stars but this was really quite bad. At the very least I deserve a refund after my...
Read moreLike they've said, third time's a charm.||1st stay was 2017 followed by 2018 and just this August 2025. If you are looking for the ''Old Boracay'' which is laid back, serene and slow time with lesser crowd, Station 3 is the best for you. And one of the OG resort hotel that you may consider is Casa PIlar. Offering plenty of rooms, 2 in house restaurants (Cafe Joe offers breakfast up to dinner and Cafe Maruja which offers also breakfast and international cuisine with pastry, cakes and coffee) pool which is open from 8am-9pm and the best part? Just few steps from the beach. Casa Pilar is about 5-10 minutes away from tambisaan port (during habagat season) and the area is accessible to the main road, mini grocery, souvenir shops and Talipapa/Dampa. Adjacent to the road leading to the reception is 7-11 which is one of the stops of Hoho (Hop on, Hop Off). My friends and i stayed in a premier room with 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and extra bed and it is very spacious that perhaps it can fit up to 6-8pax. Thanks for the warm assistance from Ella of the reception and to Eric at the concierge and assisted me for the transportation and...
Read moreIt was nice to arrive late and check in at dawn, but you helped me check in with a bright face. However, it's very hot because it's an open reception. I requested a twin bed room in the new building, but you gave a room in the old building. There were three baby cockroaches in the bathroom, ants were walking around in the room, and bugs crawling in from under the outside door. The icing on the cake was the centipede. All of this was found within five minutes of checking in, so I requested changing a room. I was assigned Queen bedroom, because there were no twin bedrooms left in the new building. The condition of room was 2.5 times better and no more bugs. There are about 10menus on breakfast, so it was good to eat not too much. The beach view at the breakfast hall is fantastic. In fact, everything in the old building from the bathroom to the core sucks. However, if it renovates, I have the intention of...
