Sbarro - Festival Mall — Restaurant in Muntinlupa

Bad service. We are actually frequent costumers of the old Sbarro in this mall when they were still near the Carousel area. We have no problems there. Today we decided to eat here, now located at the ground floor. We ordered baked zitti with white sauce and ham and cheese stromboli. We clearly said for dine in. Paid for it. I noticed the staff keep serving the others after me when we were imstructed to be seated and will be called when our orders were ready. Decided to confront the cashier because we waited so long and no food yet. She was startled that we dont have our food yet! So disorganized! Before after you pay they will give you a number. This time, not anymore. And I dont know how they forgot to serve our food! Not coming back anymore. I know 2 or 3 less costumers like us will not affect your sales. But so sorry. Word of mouth does go a long way. And its not even busy when...

Sbarro is always one of our comfort food. The atmosphere in this branch where they relocated to the ground floor was more like the old SM food court. The ambiance on their former place near the carousel was way better. There needs to be a change in their service like 1. Falling in line at the cashier with your food getting cold is so inconvenient and annoying. I have to remind the cashier to speed up a bit because of it. 2. Its ok to fall on line ordering food, self service placing the food and the table and they should just hand over the bill, this way the food is eaten while its still hot. So I know Sbarro is supposed to be fairly good pizza. But I am sorry this is not very good here, lacked good flavor and felt as though ingredients were not of quality.. First visit to this store at festival mall alabang. 3 different pizza slices and 2 pastas served barely warm and did not have anyone in que in front of us. Raspberry tea was the only good thing here unfortunately. Should've paid attention to the lack of customers when entering........noticed too late S and R was packed full ! Probably because it's good...
