JCP Room Rentals — Hotel in Pasay

We booked 5 nights at JCP Room Rentals and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We booked our stay online for about 850PhP a night. ||||Of course, for this price, you wouldn't expect anything posh but it's good value for your money. The rooms are clean and spacious, towels are clean, A/C is cold, no funky smell, entertainment is available at the common area, and the place is safe. All your basic needs are accounted for. This is not for tourists but for real travelers. If you've never been to Manila, the location is perfect for you to get acquainted with genuine Manila culture. You can experience a typical Filipino urban neighborhood right outside your doorstep, complete with street food and market stalls that sell everything from produce to clothes and footwear. It's a busy environment but it's not at all dodgy. ||||If you want to try fancy things, you can just head to the nearby casinos, malls, and hotels. They are just a short walk away. We even took advantage of free shuttle services and went as far as Cubao and Ortigas. ||||The best feature of this place is how accommodating the people are. Jen was busy during our stay and we were not able to meet her, but her parents were always there and were very welcoming. They were always willing to provide assistance and information. Even their dogs are super friendly! Sir Joel even picked us up from the airport and dropped us off for our flight out. And oh, they can serve you breakfast too! ||||I will definitely book this...

Extremely disappointed and disgusted!! I booked a room through Booking.com… no problem… however my flight was delayed by 6 hours which led to an arrival time of 1am in the morning.|This is past their curfew time so I was informed that they would not allow me access and I would have to find other accommodation. I kindly asked for them to consider refunding my stay so I could find alternative accommodation.||However they refused to value the HOSPITALITY part of our business pledge and provide a refund. |Then on top of that I received the rudest response from the 72yr old “owner” that I was somehow blaming them for the flight delay! How sadly ignorant, arrogant and unprofessional.||So saddened that this is happening in the industry I have worked in...

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. It was very budget friendly, as I only paid around 2500 for 5 days and 4 nights for 2. The room had 2 bunk beds, bathroom, and an electric fan. The owner was very kind and generous, as she provided us with another fan, we didn't even requested it. The hotel also had a refrigerator and an iron for the guests to use, which were located just outside the room. The attendant was very helpful and courteous, and always ready to assist us.
