I brought my overly fluffy and slightly dramatic shih tzu for a full grooming session and left beyond satisfied. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us like family—my dog was hesitant at first, but they knew exactly how to calm him down.

The grooming was detailed and gentle. They didn't just give him a haircut—they brought out his personality! His coat came out smooth, paws perfectly trimmed, and he smelled amazing (seriously, better than some people I know 😂).

What I appreciated most was the love and patience the groomers showed. They even sent me a quick photo update during the session—super thoughtful touch!

Disappointed with my cat’s grooming. My cat’s first grooming with them was awful cuz they trim tail hair!! The most beautiful part of my cat is her tail but they messed up! I brought my cat there 2nd time due to friends said their grooming improved. I just wanna give second chance.
