I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding service provided by the staff at the Marriott Ballroom Manila. My companions and I were not staying at the hotel but needed to cross the busy street in pouring rain. A staff member named Erisse went above and beyond to assist us in staying dry.

He kindly offered us umbrellas and even accompanied us outside, getting soaked himself in the process. He escorted us across the busy road, ensuring we remained safe and dry. His sincere hospitality and care for our well-being was so impressive and appreciated.

If Erisse's attentive, thoughtful service is indicative of the standard set by the Marriott Ballroom Manila, I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a hotel/event spacr with staff that go the extra mile. Expressing utter disgust to the team responsible for overseeing the table during our awards night. Almost all tables were served. Have called the attention of Mr Robert Quiambao and Ms Karylle Bahilango regarding the oversight. Though they acknowleged, they failed to act with urgency. Several times did we call their attention.
