Condo Unit walking distance to Manila Airport (NAIA Terminal 3) — Hotel in Pasay

This is a disaster in organising, arrived early morning so I asked if I could check in early, rooms were available if you paid 200 pesos pr hour, but they said aircon in my room was leaking, so not possible to check in early. This is the first time I have received so bad service, of course international check in is 1400. I guess I have been spoiled during 40 years travelling in Asia. Waiting for an hour in first reception, no WiFi and very bad signal, then host took me to a new reception with no WiFi and no signal. He said I could check in at 1300. So I was supposed to wait there for 4 hours. Rooms were available if I paid 200 peso pr hour in the new place. Then they send message, but of course not received because no signal. Nowhere to put my luggage for going out to eat. People in charge of giving me the room were not visible, not be contacted. So I put my luggage against the wall, close to reception and went out. Then I got their messages, they still used the same excuse as 2 other reviews showed, aircon leaking. The host told me 1300, 1420 I got my room. Nobody had been in my room and fixed anything, very easy to smell, I don't smoke. The room is dangerous for people taller than 175, sharp shelves sticking out, almost hit my head once, I'm 188cm....

While the place was well furnished, there are a couple of things that require updates and maintenance. The bathroom provided enough towels and amenities for a group of four people. However you need to provide shower curtain, bath rugs and bathmats to protect wet surfaces and prevent any injury for slippery wet floors for guests who stay at your place. In addition, require to upgrade unit for full furnished kitchen. Microwave was unsettling to reach above the refridgerator. Especially those who are elderly and not within arms reach of height. The cleanliness of beddings were not clean and were left with poorly taste stench which did not help with the comfort of our stay. The fire extinguisher is expired which also does not help with guests who need to evacuate the building in case of an emergency. Also, upon arrival, we were expecting to be checked in upon what was stated for room 3E. No prior updates and/or information were we told that our room was not ready and not given to us but had moved us to a different room unit of 4E. If that was the case upon further arrival, we would have expected and prefer to be told ahead of our scheduled check in date. I had a wonderful stay at the Modern Minimalist Condo Near Airport in Pasay City. The unit was exactly as described clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed with a calming minimalist touch. It was the perfect place to relax after a long journey.

The location is ideal for travelers, just minutes from the airport and close to malls, restaurants, and transport options. Despite being in a busy area, the condo itself was quiet and peaceful.

What really stood out was the host’s hospitality very accommodating, responsive, and professional. Check in was smooth, and all the amenities were in top condition. The Wi-Fi was fast, the bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the well equipped kitchen.
