Ordered 2 burgers B1 and B2 on the Menu to Go (aka for Take out). Front of House is quite Busy, not enough room to wiggle around when ordering especially when there’s a lot of people on queue placing their orders. I’ve noticed 2 staffs (on the order pick up counter) added straws to one of the bags that they were preparing but when It was time for my order came out, no straws were added. I politely asked for straws and I was told they don’t have straws. I told them I just saw them added straws on the order that was packed ahead of mine and they responded that they were “strawless” that they don’t have straws. Then the one that seems to be an expediter added when I called out what I saw, he then mentioned that the straws are for online orders (they lied for being “strawless” establishment, and it doesn’t make sense to give straws to online orders but not for To Go/take out orders). I simply just let it go and left with my order. When finally we took a bite of our burgers at home, the chicken piece on the burger seemed to be crispy-cooked, however when finally got a deeper bite- the chicken is still pink-raw. My companion took a bite of his burger which seemed to be crispy cooked as well, but the chicken is also pink and a lil chewy -signs of not fully cooked. Read moreOn 20th May,2025 (Order No 1140), I had visited the Popeyes at Newport and Order was placed the billing staff asked which part is need for the fried chicken and I requested for breast piece and she agreed but when delivered it was a drum stick and leg peice only. Out of curiosity I asked her why you took my request and delivered exactly opposite to the order I gave. Her reply was “ We don’t have breast piece and you can take it”
a) A store without breast piece in their inventory- Not possible b) You can take this- Obviously I will as I paid, but there is another way of replying to customer on a polite way. For me, these words spoiled my morning.
After my breakfast(Dine in), I seeked if any supervisor available and a guy came out of kitchen and he listened to my concern and just nodded his head and said next time it will be breast peice- hahaha
Do you think I will visit again? I have been having one meal per day from Popeyes until today.

Addon- There were kids coming into store for begging while dinning and I saw the same billing lady pampering them and silently allowing the kids inside. Are you guys encouraging these type of unethical things, plus it’s really disturbing while eating.

Recommend on goers to specially ask your requirement and get the same delivered as we pay for it, it’s not a courtesy...

Despite multiple orders placed at this establishment, the service provided falls far below acceptable standards. Despite being a delivery order, they consistently fail to fulfill it accurately, with missing items being a common occurrence. Furthermore, their attitude towards rectifying these mistakes is apathetic at best.
Attempts to address these issues through phone calls have been futile, as they ignore incoming calls and persist in their negligent behavior.
Communication through Viber, where I attempted to reach out to a supposed manager named Dustin, has also proven fruitless. Despite clearly seeing my messages, there has been no attempt to respond or rectify the situation, showcasing a severe lack of professionalism.
This experience has been incredibly unsatisfactory, and I have no intention of patronizing this branch again. Prospective customers should carefully consider whether they wish to support such a poorly managed...
