I and my friend were very lucky to meet Ms. Mabelle, one of the owners of the flats inside the hotel (we stayed at room 2u). She was very sweet to warmly support us during the time we're in the Philippines. The room she owned was also very clean and had almost everything we need when we're travelling such as TV, kitchen and its facilities, etc. If I have chance to be in the Philippines once again, I will contact Ms. Mabelle and of couse book one of her rooms for the whole days of my trip. I would give a 5 star rating but they are doing bridge repairs right outside our room so that noise what kind of annoying. If you stay here try to get a room that faces Newport Blvd or overlooks the pool. Hotel services are very nice and people are very polite and professional and very helpful.
