The food is excellent both taste and appearances. 👌

But you start to question the quality of food if you see your silverware not properly cleaned when served at the table. 🍴

After finishing my Wonton Mami, I found specks of white powder that looks to be like dish powder sticking on one side of the plate of the bowl. 🍜🍽🧼

I've been here for the first time a few months ago, I returned today hoping to have the same experience. Sadly, today I discovered how poor the sanitary conditions are for plates and silverware.

I haven't taken a photo of the spoon and fork that appear to have grease that you could wipe with a tissue to see it shine again.

I'm giving it one star for now, I can't enjoy my food knowing the silverware and plates are in poor sanitary conditions. I just used the chopsticks that came along with the Wonton Mami I ordered. 🍜

As per the staff, I believe they were understaffed but I'm unsure. At around 1330H, I only saw one person not in uniform getting orders from the tables and no one offered a menu when we walked in on the restaurant since the only one taking the orders is busy managing other tables. Just discovered this resto in Tomas Morato since we're looking for a late night place to eat this pandemic. The resto's ambiance is quite good. I like the interiors and the al fresco dining. Food is yummy as well. They have a promo between 2-5pm and 11pm-3am though I'm not sure if the store is open until 3am nowadays. What got me hesitant to give this resto 5 stars is actually the baby cockroaches under the table. First, one crawled on my knee. I was surprised because I simply swiped it away with my bare hands until I found out what it was. Second, during eating the dinner, one baby cockroach peeked underneath the table again. Worst service ever. At first, i was supposed to order for take out however, no one was entertaining me and I had to approach one of the staff. I let this pass because they might think I am just bystander. 30 minutes after ordering, I had to follow up my order,it seems that my order was already packed and ready to go and had been for a while but no one was giving it to me.
