Tim Hortons - Araneta City — Restaurant in Quezon City

Standard Tim Hortons quality food and drink. The place downstairs is a bit small though. With only 6 small tables indoors; 2 of which are reserved for PWDs and Senior citizens. The management here refuses to open up the 2nd floor for whatever reason. I've stayed here a couple of times and I've seen students, businessmen, or even just ordinary people wanting a place to stay and enjoy their cup of coffee inside the cafe. They are either forced to stay outside or they just look for another place to buy their coffee. If you're ever lucky to get a seat inside, you'll be surprised that the restroom upstairs isn't open for customer use. The nearest restroom is on the 2nd floor of Kia theater which is outside the cafe. The staff are a bit boisterous too. On a positive note, they always keep the place clean...

We found a chipped, piece of glass in our iced coffee takeaways. It's a good thing we like to transfer our iced coffees in a different cup (a habit).

Absolutely horrified by this incident. We have photos of the tiny piece of glass and CCTV videos to prove that it came from the actual iced coffee cup. We have no plans of making a video or post go viral but I hope the establishment takes responsibility and checks their practices and retrains their staff. We're never going to order from this establishment. I implore other people to do the same.

I tried to look for options to contact the specific store but there were no available details online. No way to contact or let them know other than this google review. This type of gross negligence would've ended in a lawsuit in...

Not sure what is happening on this place..

Last time I visited they had no Coffee available (Probably around December) and the Apple fritter was not available. The top floor was also closed, and there are only 6 tables (2 tables are for senior/pregg) and of course the remaining tables are already occupied and the only option was to go al fresco on a hot afternoon. So we had to go somewhere else.

Today, I have visited again. And again, no Coffee or any Milk based drink was available. The donuts, fritters, muffins was gone, and even the display was replaced with boxes and cups of drinks. they only have one type of pastry, Croissants, and nothing else.

Not sure what is happening, why are most products not available? Why is a coffee and donut shop does not have...
