Central Palace by Habitan — Hotel in Krakow

Such a clean apartment and the location is excellent!!. Some confusion on arrival regarding gaining access to the apartment and obtaining the access codes and key card.I suggest you email the property on arrival .In advance we arranged an airport transfer with the property which was brilliant although the property is situated in a pedestrian zone. Vienna House Andel's is a marker for taxis as it is just a very short walk to Central Palace across the square...and a good pick point for Uber which were very cheap and punctual.|You need to email the property if you need fresh towels or the room cleaned as there is no reception. |Such a beautiful apartment which was so clean and well maintained. Just right for a short visit. |Central Palace is situated right across the square from Galeria Krakowska which is a massive shopping centre with a great choice of places to eat. We had breakfast in Nakielny restaurant a few times and would highly recommend this place. There is Starbucks on the corner of Central Palace too.|Leaving the apartment turn left pass Starbucks and walk straight under the tunnel and you will be in Market Square in about 5 minutes which has plenty of restaurants, horse drawn carriages and is buzzing in the evenings to sit and have a meal or drink and listen to the various street entertainers.||Would definitely recommend Central Palace as a great place to...

Hotel was absolutely spotless! Amazing modern rooms, very clean. We stayed in a studio which was like an apartment but all in 1 room, bathroom was amazing, shower was very big , beds where very comfy and amazing coffee machine/a range of utensils, would recommend this room if you are wanting to cook your own meals, the location was perfect we walked everywhere we went in krakow. Took us a while to get into the hotel as we never received a email so we called up and the lady who answered had the information/codes sent straight away, Only thing was the blinds was missing on one window and the other window the blinds were broke so the sun beamed through every morning which of course woke us up, and the TV also had some coloured lines going through it ( TV still worked fine) but this didn’t effect our stay what so ever, would recommend the hotel. I came into abit of a nightmare as I left my phone in the taxi on the way to hotel I asked the cleaners if they spoke polish to translate to the taxi man who was on the other end of the phone , they only spoke English so they got the owner (I think )on a call to help me translate which she was more then happy to do so, which I was so extremely thankful for. Appreciated the cleaners and owners help majorly, if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t have my phone. The cleaners where also extremely helpful and friendly thank you for amazing...

Central location, apartment fine and clean. However, very poor management, no communication. We arrived before check in time unaware that the place has no human available to speak to except the cleaners who were kind and thankfully helpful. We could not get into the building, thankfully some other guests let us in and we managed to find the cleaners who contacted the receptionist/ someone in authority. I was told on the phone to leave our bags and come back at 2pm when the room would be ready. The person I spoke with took my phone number and said she would call back at 2pm and give me information regarding our stay. We returned at 2. 30 after waiting for the call that never came. The cleaners who were still there showed us the key safe and gave us our door card and code. About two hours later a random man knocked our door and gave us a piece of paper with some information about Wi-Fi and ordering breakfast. No other communication the whole time we were there. The fire alarm went off and we assumed it was a test as only last a few minutes. However we saw firemen and trucks outside as we were going out for the evening. I let them in, lol! Somewhat unnerving. Again no information was given. There is phone number to ring but I tried it said...
