Very rude staff. Especially the old woman with the short hair. She does not speak in English and also does not try to help you understand anything. Instead she judges you with the co-worker. I kinda don't understand comments about the rude staff. I had to send a lot of lists to different countries and everything went smoothly. I would even say they work quicker than in other post offices I have been in Poland. One thing to keep in mind - during night hours you might not always be able to pay by card. Take cash with you.
