We came back for the second visit as the food was good for the first time. However, we were really DISAPPOINTED by the SERVICE AND FOOD this time. To begin with, the waiters were super inattentive and unfriendly. It took them so long to come to our desk to take the order. (they were not busy and we were like invisible to them). The waiter who took our order was so rude and impatient. He appeared to be very unfriendly when we were asking for tab water… In addition, we don’t know why it took them so long to serve the food this time. Customers who ordered later than us already got their food while we were still waiting. Food was already cold when being served. The potato pancakes were so over cooked and burnt this...

The other reviews are true. It's delicious. We were younger than any of the other customers by about 50 years and I have a lot of tattoos. The place is decorated a lot like my great-grandmother's kitchen but we didn't let anything deter us. I get along well with my grandma and those reviews made it look like this place was not to be missed. The food was delicious. I can't believe the place wasn't packed. Of course, we were there at three o'clock in the afternoon... maybe that's why. I had the duck. It was perfect. I highly recommend eating here. Bring your appetite. The portions are huge. Texas size. I couldn't finish mine and neither could my teen daughter finish her meal. Server was great....
