Jacarandá Guest House — Hotel in Faro

Super cute and clean hotel BUT no one available to help.

The hotel itself is super cute. The rooms are large and comfortable with bath robs and slippers, And they have a beautiful terrace on each floor. There is a kitchen with a fridge with small bins for each room. (but the staff drank my soda I added. It had to be the staff bc they put the bottle back on the door). They have a water dispenser and coffee/tea and cookies to enjoy.

The hotel is in an awesome location, right in the center of everything which is nice. You can go right downstairs to grab anything you need.

Want to give them 5 stars BUT disappointed in the service. There was NO ONE to help you with anything. I even emailed them and tried calling the number but the number they provided was not working. I understand you may not have staff sitting at the reception like a hotel but there should be an easy way to get a hold of someone if you need something. Super cute hotel but don’t...

A little heaven in the heart of Faro.|We booked a deluxe room and were given room 8 on the top floor, we had some heavy luggage but managed the stairs ok.|We checked in early and left our luggage, not a problem if you give prior warning of your arrival. |Our room was lovely, tastefully decorated and functional. French doors opened onto a beautiful terrace with lovely furniture and a view across the rooftops. There is no tea and coffee or water in the rooms but there is a kitchen on the first floor with supplies where you can make your drinks. |The only issue I have is that bathrobes are always so tiny.|Jacarandá is in a great location and have two lovely restaurants linked to the hotel, we ate in centario.|Breakfast isn’t available but there are plenty of places to eat locally.|Recommend this lovely little place if you like the quirky and...

We had a last minute few days in Faro after a short break in Lisbon , we booked here |This is a lovely guest house in the main square and next to all the restaurants and bars |Bedroom was lovely huge comfy bed and lovely doors that open up looking over the square |Main entrance has beautiful staircase |Your given PIN numbers for main door and bedroom which is great|Coffee machine fridge and dining area for everyone to use and hot tub in the patio area weather wasn’t great so we didn’t use the tub |It was bit noisy but your on the main square so was to be expected wouldn’t put me off staying again |The restaurant next door is also owned by them and the food is just outstanding |Lovely few days and lots to do and see...
