Kalathos House - apartamentos — Hotel in Lisbon

Not a very friendly host, I was overcharged. I paid way above the listed prices that are posted on the unit door, addressed it with the host but he said basically: it is what it is deal with it. Also, I have not yet received the deposit back. The deposit of 200eur was demanded a couple of days before my arrival, but after the cancelation period expired, the unit had no AC. The unit did not have enough sheets for 3 people, even though I booked for 3 people, location is uphill with lots and lots of steps and no taxi option as the roads are private, no coffee, no tea, one day body wash only, no matches for gas stove, little toilet paper, one trash bag. There are small bugs/ flies in the bathroom. The unit is far away from everything, only close to a castle. Overall, a very overpriced unit for its location...

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento al piano superiore, e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa accoglie comodamente 2-3 persone, forse il bagno è un po' piccolo, ma in compenso la doccia è molto ampia. Cucina completa per preparare dei pasti, letto matrimoniale comodissimo. L'appartamento si trova letteralmente a due passi dal castello, nelle caratteristiche viuzze che fanno saliscendi, consigliato quindi se volete immergervi nella tipicità del quartiere. Sconsigliato invece a chi, dopo una giornata in giro, vorrebbe un mezzo che lo porti davanti la porta di casa (la zona è quasi del tutto pedonale). Pessima esperienza. Società di gestione disonesta che addebita somme su una cauzione trattenuta illegalmente, non prevista al momento della prenotazione ma apparsa magicamente dopo, così come il danno che dicono abbia fatto, mentre era già presente al mio arrivo. Spesa elevata e ingiustificata e neppure dimostrabile. ...
