had an amazing experience staying at Lisbon City Apartments & Suites! The location is perfect – close to public transportation, restaurants, and many of the city’s main attractions. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips on places to visit and eat. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, ensuring a good night’s sleep. English: Terrible service, the hotel staff service STEALED US in the room, and the hotel management has done nothing to fix it. What's more, from the hotel they have stopped replying to messages, they even tried to say that I had broken the booking conditions so I can't do this review, and I had to escalate it to the booking platform. Obviously I do NOT recommend it. Stay away from this accommodation!!!

We stayed in room 110 for several days, and on the third day we noticed that our bags were missing some things. We checked the room, to make sure there was nothing on the floor, and everything was empty. The things were still missing. We escalated it to the hotel through the formal way, through the booking platform. And the hotel managers decided to ignore us.

The hotel housekeeping service, or someone from the hotel with access to the room stole from us. And the accommodation instead of trying to find a solution has tried to silence this review. A disgrace of accommodation.

Español: Servicio terrible, el servicio de personal del hotel NOS ROBÓ en la habitación, y la gerencia del hotel no ha hecho nada por solucionarlo. Es más, desde el hotel han dejado de contestar a los mensajes, incluso trataron de decir que había roto las condiciones de la reserva para que yo no pueda hacer esta review, y he tenido que escalarlo a la plataforma de reserva. Obviamente NO lo recomiendo. Mantente lejos de este alojamiento!!

Nos alojamos en la habitación 110 durante varios días, y al tercer día vimos que en nuestras maletas faltaban algunas cosas. Revisamos la habitación, para asegurar que no había nada en el suelo, y quedaba todo vacío. Las cosas seguían sin aparecer. Lo escalamos al hotel a través de la vía formal, mediante la plataforma de reserva. Y los responsables del hotel han decidido ignorarnos.

El servicio de limpieza del hotel, o alguien del hotel con acceso a la habitación nos robó. Y el alojamiento en vez de tratar de buscar una solución ha intentado silenciar esta review. Una vergüenza de alojamiento.

Portuguese: Serviço terrível, o serviço de pessoal do hotel ROUBOU-NOS o quarto, e a gerência do hotel não fez nada para o reparar. Além disso, do hotel que deixaram de responder às mensagens, até tentaram dizer que eu tinha quebrado as condições de reserva para não poder fazer esta revisão, e tive de a escalar para a plataforma de reservas. Obviamente, NÃO o recomendo. Afaste-se deste alojamento!

Had a good stay, especially considering the affordable price. Location is good, about 20 mins walk to center (Rossio square / Santa Justa Lift). Rooms are clean, beds comfortable (not too hard not too soft). Busy street, noisy during the night: cars, sirens etc. I do want to mention: we noticed many refugees across the street staying in tents due to migration center nearby. We never experienced any inconveniences though, Praça Martim Moniz felt much more unsafe. Two subway stations nearby and also the famous tram 28 stops around the corner. We did not use the hotels breakfast but in the area you find many nice breakfast spots (like Brick Café and...
