Lisbon City Hollywood Hotel by City Hotels — Hotel in Lisbon

We arrived early in the morning and were allowed to check in early also. Staff was very friendly and helpful! We could have roomservice to both our room and the pool. Even at night they came to our room with cutlery and plates so we could eat. The pool was clean and COLD - which was perfect in hot weather. Room was clean, had a small fridge, coffee machine, water and of course towels. Roof was tall, and the best part it had air conditioning - we could regulate it any time and any way we wished for - easy to manage. The cleaning-staff made our bed every day, and also decorated cute by organising my hair clips in different shapes 🥹 (I left my hair clips on the bed all the time). Located very close to public transport, stores, restaurants and bars. Check out was very simple and fast! Would recommend Lisbon City Hollywood Hotel! We stayed three nights and would love to come again next time...

First of all, the rooms were hot upon arrival, despite how they describe their rooms as cool at booking. Second of all, the beds are hard and if you turn around, your partner will bounce on the other side of it - making it impossible to sleep comfortably. We put a personal card in the card input in the room, for it to stay cool during our time out in town. By the time we were back, the room was boiling hot again. The card was gone, and the receptionist was barely to any help. Least they can do is leave card on the bed or table - I am glad I locked all of my luggage.

Third of all, the breakfast was very limited, with mostly cakes available to eat. Bacon was more of a ham and the options are rather limited.

Only plus of this hotel is the location, which is close to the subway and main tourist streets. Tram 28 drives past it, and there is a grocery store that closes around 21:00 right...

Really loved the location of this hotel. It is so close to buses and metro and even the 24 tram goes by.Loved all the take out restaurants so close. The area is busy with many local international families and it felt extremely safe to walk around. Everyone was busy working going to and from work and throw in a bunch of tourist and it made it a nice city vibe to be alive in. 100 percent would stay in this area again. We had stayed in other areas that were a little bit more touristy and had larger Resturants but I actually enjoyed the food in the small take out close to the hotel more. Morning breakfast was fantastic I actually don’t know what else you would want or need. They had it all. The breakfast area is super clean, and nicely laid out.
