Not only did they waste my time and create numerous inconveniences in accessing the facility, given the numerous problems with the elevator and organization, but they also presented to me and my girlfriend a dirty room and in poor hygienic condition, not giving me the opportunity to spend there the living room as it is an unlivable space. I decided to leave right away and change hotels, logically creating economic and logistical problems.I immediately asked for a refund and I was only refunded the second night, telling me that they couldn’t be sure that I hadn’t slept there one night since the bed had been touched ( simply moved the sheets to photograph the hairs and stains ), thus creating additional economic inconvenience. Beyond the damage the mockery, I do not wish anyone to spend even a minute in that place... photos do not do justice to how filthy...

WARNING: THIS IS NOT AN HOTEL! This is a building where you have a hall where you’ll find aligned bedrooms, and a mutualized bathroom where you also find a toilet. If you are looking for intimacy, this is not for you. Elevator provides a back to the future feeling, when there was no door and you could see every level while going up. No door == dangerous not safe. For this sort of facility you should pay 30 euros per night - period. Accessing the building is complicated with codes at every step: entrance, locker, elevator, etc.

I would not recommend this venue to any friend. There are plenty of better hotels in Porto for better value too. Enclosed the picture of the entrance which sets the tone for the entire experience. Stay...
