Extremely disappointing stay – would not recommend.

The room I received looked nothing like the pictures on the listing. There was no sofa, no table, and no chairs as clearly shown in the booking photos. The windows were worn out and did not close properly, which made the place feel insecure and poorly maintained.

The bathroom had visible mold, and overall the cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. Worse still, the room was located directly under the roof and was incredibly hot, with no proper ventilation or cooling — it was almost impossible to sleep.

I contacted the property several times with reasonable concerns, but my messages were completely ignored. The customer service was cold and unhelpful.

It’s very disappointing when a place misrepresents itself and fails to provide even basic comfort or communication. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking...

Very funny experience here.

Asked for a 2-bed dormitory (as shown on booking) ended up with 4 beds, ridiculously taking unnecessary space, staff refusing to take them away because ‘it takes time’.

Bedsheets are not clean and we asked for a change, staff was saying it’s not his fault but the cleaning services - and implied that we can get clean ones from ‘spare beds’ - while out of 4 beds only 2 beds have bedsheets.

While booking the property the description says the room has a ‘private bathroom’, and in reality this is a bathroom in the hallway, since we need to share the hallway with other guests we always need to unlock and lock it with a key for toilet.

Not trying to blame the cleaning services here, but the way the reception (via phone and chat, there’s no staff at hotel) replies shows no responsibility at all.

I’m confused about what some negative reviewers are saying about this accommodation.

The booking details are very clear , you either pay more money and get a nice private room at this place or you skimp and get one with a shared bathroom facility, it’s your choice and your OWN responsibility to check that prior to booking.

This place was great for me, I stayed in a completely private room with private bathroom and was very pleased with the decor, bedding, cleanliness, in addition, the great central location! I can't understand why people are giving this place bad reviews?! If you want a soundproof room, 24 reception, and an elevator, you should try one of the beautiful 3-4 star hotels nearby. However, this place gets a very honest 4-5 stars ⭐️, from me.
