M Central Apartaments — Hotel in Cluj Metropolitan Area

I would not recommend this place even though it is very central and in a very nice building. The property has no reception and the manager is rude and dismissive. We had to call him 3 times as we could not get in the property. We were simply told that the house cleaner would open the door for us and that she was on her way. When she finally came, circa 45 minutes later, we found the place to be way below standards. The room had not been adequately cleaned and the quality of the bedding was quite poor as well. The bathroom facilities were made of one toilet roll and one liquid soap. Will definitely not stay there again or recommend...

Camere destul de micute ca si spatiu de miscare dar foarte mari ca si inaltime, probleme mari cu bucataria la comun,defapt,nu are bucatarie,doar aparate pe un hol,daca vrei sa tii ceva in frigider tre sa fii norocos sa nu faca pasi,tacamurile sunt la comun cu toti,iti e si scarba sa mananci,de prajit nici nu discutam ca nu exista hota sau geam,doar o plita electrica amortita care nu stiu ce poti face decat sa iti incalzesti ciorba,problema foarte mare cu caldura,noapte nu ai caldura,din 2 calorifere merge doar unul iar acela functioneaza cam 30 de minute dupa sta o ora si ceva oprit,apa calda la dus vine foarte greu,nu ai papucei de picioare,podea extrem de rece,in baie nu exista covor,paturile scartie foarte urat,televizor mic cat 2-3 palme,iti belesti ochii in el,prizele din perete sunt un real PERICOL,se misca si se desprind foarte usor,la WC nu exista geam sau gura de aerisire,nu ai zona de depozitare a gunoiului si sa nu va mai zic de mocirla de e in fata intrarii la cazare,plus ca nu exista receptie sau o persoana cu care sa discuti fizic,primesti cod si iti cheile dintr un seif lipit de un perete,curatenie nu face nimeni,deci daca vreti cazare,mai dati o suta doua in plus si duceti-va in alta parte,aceasta cazare are...
