Firstly the guy at the front desk is incredibly rude and useless of a man. Although the rooms were available and ready he made us wait more than 2 hours. He was irrelevant and off. He gave us a room with almost no natural light and very loud that it was impossible to open a window because of the machines. When we asked for a change of room the lady said it will be possible as other guests will check out, useless guy put a spoke in wheel. If you’re expecting daily cleanup and housekeeping (as in every normal hotel) you’re gonna be disappointed. The minibar was no use. Cups were disgustingly dirty.
