HOTEL 63 — Hotel in Poprad

I live in the town and I know a waiter in this place, so it could be a conflict of interest but, for first I came here just and only to try their pastrami. I had some experience with meal, but theirs is truly exceptional. Could be that, the meal is not common here but, the other meals I had was also very good.||It is a bistro, so they have somewhat limited menu. However I tried couple meals and they were tasty. Try some steak or stroganof, you won't regret that.||They got couple of good beers on the menu, so don't hesitate to go there for some beer on tap.||The rooms are newly built and very clean. A fantastic well priced hotel with excellent clean, modern rooms. The staff team was really friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and happy to offer advice or help where they could. We had an apartment which was a really good size and had everything we needed. Breakfast was fresh and a great selection of both cooked and continental. The bistro served delicious cakes and the restaurant 63 just across the road served traditional food in outstanding surroundings. The hotel is in a prime location. The hotel is as average as you may expect.

The problem is with the hot water that is very limited. You can barely fit two showers with before the water gradually turns cold.

This caused a very unpleasant experience during our stay.

We did not purchase the breakfast from the beginning and we recommend you not to do it either. The buffet was present in only one morning, and afterwards there was a menu to chose from with prices unjustifiably high for a breakfast at a hotel.

We paid 9,5 euros per person for the buffet and 6,1 euros just for the scrambled eggs...
