We stayed with two friends in Villa Gallerie, which is a two bedroom house with its own (small) pool and a lovely terrace. The beds were so comfortable with soft sheets, a great bath as well as a shower. The decor is fun, although a bit modern in places. Wonderful paintings. ||You have full butler/ chef service in these Le Cle rooms. Nothing is too much trouble. You have a full breakfast served to you, and we ordered a BBQ one evening which was fantastic. Setting up, washing up etc is all done for you and the room is turned down / tidied twice a day. ||The Le Cle white and rose wines are great, especially the Chardonnay. On our second night we had other guests in the manor and I think they brought friends for a tour quite late at night so we were woken up by their loud chats and laughter. |Nevertheless many thanks to the manager, Scott (hope we got the name right) for his suggestions on which vineyards to visit during our short stay, that was really useful adding a personal touch! |Best wishes|Alison and Steven...
