Bakery that hasn’t evolved and banking on their “retro” status. The quality of baked goods has significantly gone down the past few years. Maybe someone should inform them that “retro” isn’t a taste, but if it were, it doesn’t taste good. Their (In)famous green salad bread or salad pan used to have a nice balance of potatoes/starch with cabbage. Now it’s all cabbage and a moldy green, probably not from the sauce but the staleness. Their egg salad sandwich was no better with literally messy clumps of stale greenish egg yolk, strange chunks of imitation crab, no sauce. Sorry don’t want green eggs. This had none of that creamy golden smoothness expected from a superior egg salad. Prices are exorbitant. Average prices are just a little bit higher than typical franchise bakeries. But, qualities are much better. There's a coffee shop inside as well. I don't know how good their coffees are. Espresso was 4,000 won which is really highly priced. After purchasing breads, I recommend you to go upstairs. It's a fantastic old-fashioned hall and most people...
