I was lucky enough to encounter this gem of a beautician in the center of Alicante! I went there for a free consultation on Monday and today I already had my skin treatment. I suffer from blackheads and acne since the beginning of the pandemic and wearing masks, and Yolanda explained to me in detail what was happening with my skin and how we could treat it. I got a skin treatment that included various serums, creams, blackhead extraction and blue LED light. Yolanda was happy to explain me everything in detail and, since Spanish is not my native language, she also repeated herself and made sure I understood everything. The salon itself is spacious, modern and very clean. They only attend priorly made appointments so everything is secure and sterile. Another plus point I would like to mention is their use of ecological and vegan products that are definitely affordable and cater to a vegan/zero waste audience. I definitely recommend going there and your skin will thank you for it!

He sido muy afortunada de encontrar esta joya de esteticista en el centro de Alicante! Fui por una sesión gratuita el lunes y hoy empecé mi tratamiento para la piel. Tengo problemas de puntos negros y acné desde el principio de la pandemia debido a las mascarillas y Yolanda me explicó con detalle que le sucedía a mi piel y cómo podíamos tratarlo. Así, tuve un tratamiento para la piel que incluía varios serums, cremas, extracción de puntos negros y luz UV. Yolanda me explicaba todo con detalle y, dado que el español no es mi lengua materna, no tenía ningún inconveniente en repetir sus explicaciones para que lo entendiera todo. El Salón es grande, moderno y muy limpio. Ellos solo atienden citas previas anticipadas por lo que todo es seguro y esterelizado. Otro punto a su favor que me gustaría mencionar es el uso de cosméticos y productos ecológicos y veganos, que son perfectamente compatibles y aplicables a una audiencia vegana y/o ecológica. Una vez que entras al interior y ves el ambiente tan agradable que ha creado confirmas tus expectativas. Sinceramente, tiene unas manos de oro. Me hice un tratamiento facial y fue todo una maravilla. Te analiza la piel, detecta lo que necesitas y se pone con ello. Te va explicando paso a paso lo que te va haciendo y qué decir de los productos veganos que utiliza, aroma, textura, calidad, es toda una profesional.
