El Cookie is not just a café, it's a warm and inviting haven run by passionate owners. The moment you step in, you're enveloped in the cozy atmosphere that feels like home. The array of homemade cookies, bagels, and cinnamon rolls is a delightful journey through family recipes that carry authenticity in every bite. The commitment to quality is evident - each treat feels like a labor of love. The cookies are the stuff of dreams, and the bagels and cinnamon rolls are pure perfection. It's a genuine taste of comfort, reminiscent of family gatherings and cherished traditions. But El Cookie is more than just a café. It's a community builder. The board game nights, trivia evenings, and other events they host make this place a hub for friends to gather, connect, and create lasting memories. It's rare to find a spot that so perfectly blends homemade goodness with a welcoming spirit. Whether you're craving a nostalgic treat, a cozy hangout, or a place to bond with friends over games, El Cookie has it all. A heartfelt thank you to the owners for creating this haven.

El Cookie is such a gem. I’ve been to several events here—Book & Brownies, Paint & Sip, a craft morning, and trivia night—and they’ve all been fantastic. The coffee is great, the cookies are to die for delicious, and the space is super cozy and welcoming. The art on the wall is funny and original, which I appreciate. Alicia, the owner, is absolutely the best, talking to her feels like talking to an old friend. You can tell she puts so much heart into the place. To half of these events I came solo without knowing anyone and she made sure I felt at home from the moment I walked in. She also always makes sure there is an opportunity to talk to others and make new friends. The place to be, for sure. 🤩

What a little gem El Cookie is! Alicia is very good company along with her partner have created a nice down to earth vibe for people to take a load off and enjoy, there's even a space for dogs on certain days. Wheelchair access, WiFi, and not forgetting the wonderful handmade cookies n treats ! A fine selection of Teas and coffees the Earl Grey was spot on with my Cinnamon Bun. The Coffee with Barista Oat milk was also perfect! Free Community meet ups, Free Trivia night on Fridays €5 on Saturday. Language exchange meetups are a great way for lonely souls in Spain who don't know the language but wish to practice Spanish and vice versa. See my images for more details! 💯✨🏆

Desserts: Initially, I was hesitant to get anything due to the price but, man, I'm really surprised, completely worth it. These treats are delicious! I tried other cookie spots and those places just aren't the same. The brownies maybe my fav. I've tried I think at this point five different cookies and they all were super yummy. I don't even care for rice crispy treats but theirs were really decent! The cinnamon roll was also nice too and had a very rich vanilla flavoring; I later found out that they MAKE their own vanilla extract from REAL vanilla beans! This place is my after work pleasure. One time I went 3 times in one week. I look forward to the seasonal treats (orange season).

I once order them on that app (Can't remember the name but it's where you can order things from places before they close for the day) and tried some other baked goods that I normally wouldn't order- it was a great way to try their other options and put me onto some of the other desserts.

Tea: I like ordering tea because of the unique cups they use. Very clean cozy feel and a pretty large tea options. Will have to try more of the teas in the future.

Atmosphere: Warm place with nice booths and layout sofas. The paintings on the walls are kind of funny; Famous artwork mixed with a cookie pun haha

Community: I enjoyed going to the trivia nights because it was lively and a chance to meet other people. This is great, especially as an expat - finding a community while having a good time. Every week, it was something to look forward to.

Last, the owners were nice to talk to and welcoming. They weren't just acting as business owners, they showed different sides to them - they're people- open, honest, and vulnerable with unique stories of their individual...

Bagels! Real bagels. These aren't Mercadona circle-bread. Let me say it again for the algorithm: they make bagels here and they're worth every penny. Get one with cream cheese and the homemade tomato sauce if you enjoy putting good things in your mouth.

The cookies, cinnamon rolls, and brownies are tasty too, yes, but bagels.

The owners are super friendly and wont to invite you to trivia night. We were told it starts at 8, but to get there by 7:30 because it fills up. Thinking this was a bit of understandable hype, we sauntered in at 7:40 and were the last two to be seated -- they ended up turning everyone else away. We met some lovely folks at our table and managed to take third place after many drinks and...
