Firstly these people are directly misleading when they describe their reception services as restricted and indicate times from 10.00 to 17.00. What it should say is that there is zero on site reception, nada, as in nobody ever, and that if you don't check in on line (about the equivalent in time and complexity of checking in all passengers for a flight) before 16.30, that you won't be able to access a room that you have already paid for. Furthermore, if you have the temerity to turn up fifty minutes before 16.00 they will leave you and your wife (who happens to be in a wheelchair) sitting outside. Because there is no one at a reception! Finally. It would be handy to know that you need to walk several hundred metres to be able to access the property. Would never stay here again or any other of their properties as I assume the same call centre approach is applied to customer service. If you don't mind those things then might be ok for you. Just felt people should...

The pressure of the water was low and taking shower was an adventure. All in all, not worthy the...
