TCS Camping Interlaken — Hotel in Interlaken

Terrible experience! We booked 2 nights at this campsite in Interlaken 2 months ago, the reservation had already been paid for. Few bathrooms, some closed, little maintenance of the facilities. But that was not the worst, the first day we wrote an email to inform that we were going to go after 6pm, they told us that nothing happened, there was no barrier and our spot was number 2. So far so good, the second day we parked after our day visiting the area in the same spot at 2, when we had everything ready and were having dinner another camper appeared saying that that was his spot and that he had a reservation for two days. They spoke to the lady at the campsite on the phone and she told us that it was his spot and that ours was 45. After reserving and paying for 2 days they changed the plot!! The email clearly stated number 2. We spoke to the campers to see if they could occupy 45 as we had half of our dinner and everything had already been taken out. There was no way and they said no. A 0 for this campsite, you can see the favoritism, apparently the people who had "our spot" were friends of the one across the street. There are other better campsites in the area, you...

The first time we were disappointed with a camping in Switzerland. We arrived in the morning around 10am and asked if there's a place for our motorhome and if we could leave it there because we wanted to go for a hike till the evening. The arrogant guy at the reception said there're pitches, but they will be free after 3pm because they are still occupied. But he allowed us to check-in and said we can come in the evening and choose any available pitch. When we left reception we noticed several free pitches and they were free when we came in the evening. WHY LYING ABOUT PITCHES BEING OCCUPIED???

But that's not all. When we came in the evening and tried to connect electricity we figured out that we need Swiss power adapter. Hence we couldn't use electricity we paid for.

In the morning you have to wait in line for toilet. There're 2 for men and 3 for women.

I've read other reviews for this campsite afterwards and saw there're several mention rude staff. Nothing is changing, though.
