We have taken a Family Room-the accommodations were equally impressive. The spacious room, large bathroom with a huge bathtub, and separate shower area provided a comfortable and luxurious feel.

While the breakfast options are decent, it's worth noting that vegetarian choices are limited. Also, keep in mind that there's no in-house dining available. However, they do provide a dining area where you can bring and enjoy your own food. A small trade-off for the convenience is that you'll need to return plates and dispose of your trash after eating.

Perhaps the most captivating aspect is the outdoor seating area, offering direct, unparalleled views of the magnificent Matterhorn Mountains.

Very bad experience. After several days of traveling through Europe, with a reservation at this hotel, I find that I cannot reach it by car, since access to traffic in Zermatt is restricted. I contact the hotel and they tell me that I have to leave the car in the previous town "Task", take a train or an expensive taxi that arrives in Zermatt, all this with luggage of 15 days and a small girl. I feel disappointed because all the hotels through booking notify by message of their characteristics. This hotel did not notify me of anything, looking for another accommodation that same afternoon in another place, and losing the €498 that I paid for the reservation, a reservation that the accommodation refuses to return to me. The location was great. It was at the end of town away from noise and crowds. The free bus stops across the street making it convenient from the train station. The Matterhorn gondola is down the street also great for getting too quick for a ski day. The hotel is more than 3 stars it is so clean and up to date. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. There is a sauna and steam room available which is great after a long ski day. The breakfast was excellent. So many choices I’m not sure they could have added anything else. We had a first floor balcony room that faced the street. There was no road noise or any noise for that matter even from other guests.
