10/30更新 1.看業者回應感覺完全不願意檢討，只好改成一星。 2.關於水溫，我只知道10/24放水完全不用兌冷水就能直接泡了，冬天我覺得堪憂。而且有政府認證又怎樣？那應該也只是認證入水口的溫度吧？怎麼會在客人反應之後不是檢查自家存放溫泉水或者管路是不是會造成失溫，而是直接懟一句我有認證？有認證不就好棒棒，阿我泡起來就覺得水溫不高阿-.- 3.關於瓶裝水，特別去查新聞只有新北市有通過自治條例最快2030年實施。身為從業者這個回應是不懂法規還是故意誆騙客人？ 4.關於飲水機，重點是只在一樓且難用，連溫水出來都偏熱，如果要客人去買水建議在售房網頁上加註警語。 5.關於地理位置，只是想說礁溪很小住哪邊沒什麼差，影響不大，不需要耍嘴皮子說什麼半小時一小時，一小時可以礁溪市區走三圈了。 6.關於怪味，是裝潢味又怎樣？難聞就是難聞阿，一句道歉很難嗎？ 7.綜合以上，不推薦入住。

以下原文== 10/24入住，一進電梯就有一種塵封倉庫的味道，到了五樓走廊更明顯，幾乎無法呼吸，還好房間內沒有這種味道。

房間偏小，日本商務旅館那種感覺。溫泉溫度不高，十月下旬的溫度是勉強能泡，冬天更冷不知道會不會水溫不夠？

房間沒有提供瓶裝水，公共飲水機在一樓，水量小且沒有冰水，這點差評。

另外礁溪很小，幾乎所有旅宿離車站等不遠，這間離轉運站很近但跟火車站的距離在礁溪旅宿...

在thread上看到分享而訂房 這次入住的是無窗房 （雖然說是無窗但其實是有窗，採光不錯，可能是因為窗戶面向軌道，隱私性的關係，所以用霧面貼紙貼起來了） 冷氣是用集水盒，所以有點聲音 但個人覺得還好👌

入住方式簡單，可以寄放行李 地點就在客運站斜對面、離火車站也不遠非常方便 這次跟男友有租借機車，我們是直接停在門口 但汽車好像有特別寫要停放其他停車場，門口不能停 洗澡沖澡水壓很夠，水很熱 蠻喜歡沐浴乳跟洗髮精的😂😂

以這樣的價位可以推推，cp值高👍

不明白為什麼可以Google 4星，很後悔為了便宜一點選這裡。隔音很差（正常講話都聽到聲音震動），感覺跟住Dormitory...

透過廣告推播，昨晚初次入住，房型101，對服務與房型大小沒什麼意見，不過第一次住到有1樓的房間覺得挺驚訝，原本也認為沒什麼，直到凌晨起床上廁所時發現廁所有一隻肥的誇張的蜈蚣（！！！。 我認為要賣1樓的房間沒關係，但要有維持環境整潔或防止這種有毒害蟲侵入的能力，還好我不是怕蟲的人，不禁想如果是我伴侶、老人、小孩被嚇到或被咬到會出人命的，退房時也有和櫃檯一位阿伯工作人員反應，謝謝你願意表示抱歉，希望你們未來多多注意。 因為出一次事，就沒戲了。
