Pros: great customer service by owner's niece and her lovely associate.||good location although you have to go down a dark street it is still safe, short walk that has a couple of street food vendors on it. It looks like the pictures posted. It was clean spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was okay, not a huge selection but, everything you needed and all you could eat. They even provided food when we checked out very early to head to the airport. You can buy drinks in the lobby.||Great a/c. two units- one in the bedroom one in the front room||Cons: low water pressure and it definitely could be hotter. Although the manager said the water pressure was higher in the right side of the building. No elevator. We were on the 4th floor and they moved us to the 2nd floor the next day. Great place to stay! We arrived by taxy, it costed us 700thb from Suvarnabhumi Airport for a big taxy for 5 people with suitcases. The stuff is very friendly - they sent us very informative e-mail with detailed information for everything that we need to know before arriving. The rooms and bathrooms are nice and clean, big enough. The breakfast was good, there were different options. The great advantage of this hotel is its location - its great! Its close to the temples and Kao San Road, and there are great places to eat around the hotel - just take a walk in some of the small streets around. The location is great. It is only a few blocks away from Khao San Road and the Grand Palace without it being too crowded. The bus is located near the the main road. The rooms are big but the only downside is there are no elevators. Our room was the 5th floor. It's not a bad climb if you're active. The room is air-conditioned and the water pressure is strong. They have free breakfast consisting of either your traditional American eggs and toast or pad Thai or fried rice. They let you hold the luggage while your in another city and also can call a taxi for you when youre ready for the airport. Overall I really enjoyed it and...
