I travelled solo quite often for leisure and I am not exactly particular with the accommodation I put up at but a nice room at a nice location with clean sheets and bathroom is always essential. ||At first glance, it looks like Ten Boutique House is gonna be shabby but I was wrong. The room is clean and spacious for a solo traveller (even if you're a couple I think you will do just fine). The sheets are however a little dirty with some minor stains here and there. It could have been a really comfortable stay except the room was never dark - sheer curtains let in the verandah light which was on throughout the night. Very annoying and in between that and the main road traffic noise made for a disrupted sleep, the last thing you need when on holidays. Saw many other similarly located places to stay in that price range so would be inclined to stay...
