A very bright and modern studio. The staff was very friendly and patient with me (I was undecided about choosing the color of the gel nails).

The removal of old gel nails was charged separately, I would have liked to have known that beforehand.

The flaw that leads to the star deduction:

When a family known to the staff came into the studio, the lady seemed unfocused and unsettled. Unfortunately, I had the feeling that she was no longer fully involved.

The next morning, when I noticed that lower layers of the gel had not dried properly and were "shifting", I contacted the studio. I was pushed in a short time later without any problems. All of my nails (including a new design) were replaced free of charge.

This has to be one of the best nail salons in Chiang Mai (and I've been to a couple). I got gel nails done elsewhere that lasted about a week before they started chipping- nails done here last as long as I want (until they get too long). They have a beautiful selection of colours and I even did a DIY where I got a base colour with sparkle tips. The staff are so lovely and they have awesome massage chairs too. You can find cheaper (I paid about 600baht for gel removal, manicure and new gels with 2 colours) BUT quality and experience here is far superior.

Service was very quick despite not having an appointment and the nail technicians did a great job for my partner’s pedicure and manicure. They were very detailed and his nails came out extremely clean and well groomed. My gel pedicure and acrylic extensions were done beautifully as well. Despite closing soon, the ladies stayed late and made sure every detail was thorough.
