LINK Cuisine — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

We went for Christmas dinner on the 24th, and overall, the experience was pleasant. The food was delicious, and we ordered a variety of dishes. The atmosphere was lovely, and most of the staff were kind and professional.

However, we had a shocking and deeply disappointing interaction with one of the employees, who appeared to be the manager. When we ordered shrimp, we were mistakenly served prawns instead. This seemed to be due to a communication gap regarding the menu. We kindly pointed out the mistake, explaining that we wanted shrimp and not prawns.

To our surprise, the manager’s reaction was completely unprofessional. Instead of calmly addressing the issue, he immediately became defensive and argumentative, insisting that this was what we ordered and that we had to eat it. He offered no solution and showed no willingness to resolve the situation.

Despite our continued politeness and attempts to explain the misunderstanding, he responded with sarcasm and rudeness, completely ruining what had been a lovely evening up to that point. Ultimately, we told him we would pay for the prawns but would not consume them and asked to order shrimp instead. Even then, he remained sarcastic and did not apologize for his behavior.

This kind of attitude, especially from someone in a managerial position, is completely unacceptable. Because of this incident, I am giving this place 3 stars. While the food was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and the rest of the staff were professional , the manager’s rude behaviour overshadowed what could have been a...

We are a small family of three. When we at Chiang Mai, of course we are willing to spend any amount for food even this is so expensive. So we did try this Link Cuisine this is a Thai Restaurant with Fusion of Italian food so when We at Chiang Mai We are more looking for more authentic taste. This Restaurant is not cheap at all i understand, but the food is not the way we expected. Is not bad but there's nothing special.

The one thing I more disappointed is how they are so confident to serve that kind of carbonara. Yes we love carbonara to the extend we already know what is the nice carbonara, but how they serve me a carbonara with this kind of texture and you only can taste egg. ( anyway only this feeling till I cannot forget the experience. ) and yes they never charge the carbonara of course. But always the first impression last.

Ambiance is good. With flies I think is common cause it's outdoor cannot avoid too.

A MUST VISIT IN CHIANG MAI!

Me and my friend stumbled across this gorgeous restaurant on our way back after the Grand Canyon waterpark. We were greeted so nicely by the manager who told us we could sit anywhere so we headed into the garden area which is so pretty with fairy lights. The staff were so friendly! We enjoyed some cocktails and shared some appetisers too. The mains were so tasty and we both agreed it was the best meal that we have had in Thailand so far! The prices are very reasonable especially for big portions of top quality food and for an amazing service.

The owner is doing a brilliant job and you can tell that he really cares about his staff, customers and quality of the restaurant. They offer gorgeous Thai cuisine but also a selection of classic western meals incase you want a Thai break ;)
