worst experience ever! Terrible service! Very angry! Very disappointed! The restaurant closes at 9:30 PM, last order at 9:00PM, understand this policy. I came in after 8:30PM, they asked me to pay bill at 9:00PM(actually before 9:00PM ). After I made payment, no soups available for hot pot around 9: 05PM, they filled water instead soups. I was ok and had no any complaint. Around 9:15PM, no drinks available. Around 9:20PM, a waiter came and warned me that the restaurant closed now and turned off the power of hot pot and I didn’t finish my food that moment. I felt bad already, I requested to pack up the food in my bowl for take away , or wait for few minutes as I almost finished. The waiter rejected and insisted that the restaurant is closed now, then he took away my pot and my bowl! I was so mad as I never met this situation. Can’t believe that a waiter takes away food when customers is eating. They asked all customers to make payment 30 minutes before restaurant close. I paid full price 659B but even not stay over 1 hour, they forced me to leave just because they started cleaning and wanted close restaurant. What service they offer that is really rude and unprofessional! Many branches of MoMo paradise, this one is the worst that you...

Read moreLocated on the 4th floor of Terminal 21. There was a long queue when we arrived- 60 mins waiting time. It was hugely popular. All you can eat Shabu Shabu. Once seated the waiter announced you have 100 minutes for your 600 Baht/person (including tax & VAT) meal. That kinda off putting though I understand why they'd limit your meal time - table turnaround plus it limits the 'all you can eat' clause. Well if they can't afford the offer why then use it as a selling point?
