Pinnacle Dream Hotel Sukhumvit — Hotel in Khlong Toei Nuea Subdistrict

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!||My booking was for two nights. ||I arrived in the area by Taxi at 9;45pm.||The SatNav let me directly to The Grand Hotel, which is nowhere near there Pinnacle.||After scanning the area for this hotel for over two hours and asking numerous people as to its location, I gave up looking and was forced to check into another hotel, at great expense. Even the Police couldn't tell me, despite my giving them the address in Thai Language.||The next morning, I eventually located the hotel and understood completely why I wasn't able to locate it the previous evening...It basically had two "Post it" sized Name stickers on it's front door, and little else to indicate its existence.||Totally undetectable in such a busy backstreet area at night.||||The next morning, I explained to the manageress the reason for my "No Show" and was met with total hostility, ignorance and outright rudeness.||She insisted I pay for the previous evening, but her attitude was so unprofessional, I wasn't going to remain in the building and decided to check into another hotel instead.||||I never ever complain about anything, however I am disgusted by the manageress' attitude and felt I needed to share my experience...

This hotel is terrible. They will not assist during crisis situation. I had finished my Mother’s funeral and traveling to Australia and on the way I had booked one day accommodation at Pinnacle via Agoda. Since I was rushing I couldn’t print out the Hotel Booking details. I was under the impression that Hotel will have a copy. When I landed to the Pinnacle Hotel, I showed my Passport and Boarding Pass, however, Hotel Manager and staff refused my booking and even they didn’t verify their records from Agoda. Finally I end up in booking another accommodation. After few days I have noticed that Pinnacle has charged my Credit Card. Better stay away from this hotel. Hotel is only look at ways to charge you with without serving to customers. With the same price what you pay in Pinnacle you will get better hotels in Nana and surrounding area. Just shop around and avoid this place even if you get great deals. Pinnacle Hotel Team, Better keep your records clean. In future...

I stayed for few hours on my transit to India from Cambodia. I reached Bangkok at afternoon and left same day midnight .So booked this hotel as it was cheap. It is located in a lane surrounded by many shops and Indian and Arabian Restaurants. Walking distance from Nana Station. Reception area is not impressive . Rooms and toilet were clean. It looked to me this hotel was quite luxurious but no renovation for years has put the hotel in very bad shaped.Rooms looked shabby and worn out. The carpets were really in bad shape. Towels bedsheet were all clean and spotless. Safety box was provided at room . AC function welled.||There were many Arabic Restaurant around , Swarma Rolls from those Places were excellent. Backside of the hotel had a super market opened 24 hours. Foods at the restaurant inside the super market...
