An unforgettable stay thanks to Vee, Min, and the entire team!

I had the chance to stay at this hotel during my trip to Thailand, and I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how incredible the experience was. The place is beautiful, very well-maintained, peaceful, and the service is truly impeccable. The hotel is also perfectly located right by the sea, which makes it even more special.

What truly made my stay unforgettable were two amazing people: Vee and Min. Their kindness, constant smiles, and professionalism made me feel so welcome. Always attentive and genuinely caring, they went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience. Their warmth and positive energy are memories I will always cherish from this trip.

I highly recommend this hotel not only for its beauty and perfect location by the sea but above all for the incredible hospitality and service. A huge thank you to Vee, Min, and the whole team you made this trip...

I really want to thank the staff of the sunray beach hotel from the bottom of my heart. Not only do they provide excellent additional services like washing and ironing clothes. Which I made use of, my clothes came back perfect and smelled really good.

The reception was really helpful and helped me to book bustickets from the local website back to bangkok(saved us quite some money too instead of the commercial stands). The last day I got food poisoning from street food outside. And they were really helpful couldn't have survived it without them. They managed to free a room so that I could stay and rest a bit longer until my taxi arrived. And provided me with help.

Location was great, staff and management were lovely and accommodating, room was mostly clean, shower was consistently warm and well pressured which seems to be a rarity in Thai accommodation.

Our review lost a couple of brownie points for the bathroom needing a tiny bit of attention, air conditioning requiring a professional clean and updating the tv systems so the streaming services work properly.

Not a high class hotel but for somewhere close to everything, to safely stay, clean up and rest easily, it ticks the boxes.
