The cuisine - bistro & bar — Restaurant in Pattaya City

THE CUISINE Bistro & Bar offers a B.B.Q. buffet in the evening @ 199 Baht. Drinks are not included. A draft Chang beer goes at 45 Baht a glass. Pitchers and towers are also available. Drinking water is 25 Baht for a small bottle. The food and drinks have to be paid when served now. Best to bring cash.

The chickens are barbecued over an charcoal fire outside the restaurant. On our visit there was Jasmin rice, fried rice, baked potatoes and bread on offer. Also sushi, which was ok, but can’t compare with the one served at a Japanese restaurant. Salads and dressing are available. They had also a peppery squid dish, another one with long beans and fried vegetables. The spicy seafood soup, in Thai known as Toom Yang Gung, was delicious and not overly spicy. There were barbecue skewers with seafood, chicken, pork and beef as well. Cakes and biscuits are included, as are tropical fruits.

Eaten here 4 times and loved the food. Unfortunately 100% got food poisoning here and having difficulties getting over it. I think it was the fried rice with the shrimps/prawns left out too long and not kept hot. Either way I can't go there again. Best of luck...
