THEY WERE IGNORING ME AND SAY I HAVE A PROBLEM. I got eyelashes lift but it didn't work. I called them, and they told me to come again so they will do again for me but they didn't. I just wasted my money. They didn't give me money. I used 400baht extra to come again and go back. I wasted 30 minutes to talk with them because they were ignoring me. I tried to talk to them but they just left me alone. And I spent 1900 baht total to go, come back and 1500 eyelashes. They said I HAVE A PROBLEMS even they didn't work well. Went first day and was upsold to a collagen facial 1800 bahts which felt great. Went back to have the promotion advertised on the sign facial half price with full relaxing body massage head to toe. The lady at reception said it does not exist and the massage description is wrong but she always corrects it to potential customers face that it’s just head and arms while doing the facial the massage is 15 minutes. When I pressed that it is not what the sign says, she starts becoming indifferent to be caught out in their lie and accuses me of not understanding.
