Prime Burger Central Pattaya — Restaurant in Pattaya City

Disappointed ☹️ Prime burger central festival I eat here many times one year ago and food was great,last year had promotion each day of the week,different burger each day.This was great. Today I wanted to eat there,staff were not friendly or welcoming,I felt not comfortable there, sat down,wanted to order the Saturday promotion but was told only have one now,same every day..the new York burger which is the worst filling of all of them,,I didn't really want this burger, So I asked if you could change the curly fries for french fries and the lady serving was rude and spoke very sharply.. I wasn't sure what to do and continued looking in menus but she already order it. I didn't want the NY burger and hadn't decided yet which burger to have and was looking at menu,I wanted to have without pickle which I don't like,she said you can't change everything .. She was very unfriendly and lady standing behind desk wask looking at me angrily..this made me feel very uncomfortable..

So I walked out and ate some where else with nice polite service. This is not good customer service and makes me not want to eat here again.. I think you will loose many customers with staff like this. Also you are showing the daily promotion picture on your website in menus section,which is wrong and should be removed. Very...

This is the lesser branch of the two. It is probably over-staffed for such a small place resulting in that the workers are mainly hanging around entertaining each other (or being flirtatious with customers they fancy).

They don’t seem to do the set menus here that they do in their other branch. I asked for it but she just said no, so you will end up with a higher bill. This is a bit a shame.

Other customizations are a bit limited. I like to add a fried egg to the burger but they did not seem to have it here (although I would assume that they put egg in their burger patties as a binder). The other branch offers it even though it is not an official add on item. Not a complaint as it’s not an official menu item, just pointing out that there are more options in the other branch. Or maybe I was just lucky to have a worker that went the extra mile with my request.

Not sure whether it was because of the burger are something else, but my bowel movement was a bit upset after eating here.

For convenience if you’re already in Central Festival, this might be an ok option. The atmosphere is as good as you can expect from a mall establishment. Otherwise, their other...

What a snobbish place and the server’s attitude was totally unacceptable!! We were there to have a quick snack with 3 adults and 6 children.

When the children ordered their burgers without mayo and onions, the server (short young girl with mask on) was rude and even rolled her eye.

When we asked for her manager, seems like no one can speak English except for the rude one! We decided to spend our money elsewhere since we don’t feel welcomed at all.

This is the part 2 of my review after reading the rest of the reviews, it seemed like this place has a serious staff issue, the manager occasionally apologized but nothing gets done for months.

Good luck to your restaurant, there are many good burger joints in Pattaya, people willl pay for good food with acceptable service. With your kind of service staff attitude, I am looking forward to a new restaurant taking the same...
