Colour Nail Pattaya — Local services in Pattaya City

This is worst nail place in Pattaya! I came with my daughter to do gel and french finish. We paid 700bht and when they started to do the job we realized that they are doing only french manicure that was looking really bad! Then we stopped them and told that she wants gel and french finishing, so they told us this is 1400bht more. I told them that we already paid 700 and they didn’t do what we wanted so they should charge the difference until 1400 and do the gel and french. They didn’t wanted to do it! i had to pay as we where there with fingers on the table half done! After one month we came back and asked to remove the gel and they started to convince us that we need to do new gel immediately because it is not possible to only remove the gel!!! I told them that this is not acceptable and that they remove the gel and do the normal manicure after what is normally done everywhere in the world! They started to negotiate the price for that and tried to add more services like nail polish and things, just to take more money as we didn’t want new gel! Then when we finally agreed that they only remove the gel and make nails in natural order they wanted 500bht, in front like first time when they ripped us off!!! I told them that we will pay when they finish the job and they didn’t want to do this! They are very but very unprofessional, unpleasant and they calculate to take you more money after they start with something, and they pretend they don’t understand what you wanted and that you need to pay more! We left as I didn’t want to stay there for another minute! Disgusting experience, and place doesn’t look clean at all. It is in nice shopping mall and because of that they think they can charge higher prices! I don’t mind that if service is correct and transparent, but it is nothing like that!! Worst place ever! I do not and can not recommend it to anybody!!! dont go there as you will be disappointed! much more better places in the town with better service and cheaper prices. I used to come to this place that’s why I came back. I was shown the price in the calculator which is 1400 baht and I was surprised. I used to pay around 700 baht only. They said 200 for taking out the old gel from few fingers. 700 for manicure and maybe the rest is for the polish. They seem to hurry the customers like in a “take it or leave it” situation and you have to pay before the service. I agreed because I thought it’s just fair and they are at the mall and maybe they have better quality and service now. They did my nails really quick (around 10-15 minutes). Did not even scrape/clean the bottom of my nails. You know what I mean if you know how real manicure should be done. That’s why I think it’s really overpriced. They seem to be in a hurry because there are more people coming in and don’t want to lose them which I understand. But my fingers were really hurt after I washed my hands as you can imagine from how my cuticles look. After 2 days, the nail polish chipped.
