Many things to say ! For starters, the hostel is extremely well-situated. It is 30 steps away from the night market, and is in the center surrounded with many bars, restaurants, 7-11, and diverse shops (tatoos, massages, etc). For the rooms, they're well-equipped with sockets, two bathrooms, and a toilet. The bed capsules include a safe, a light, two sockets (mine didn't work, unlucky), and an opaque dark blind for privacy. The bed sheets were cleaned daily, and so has it been for the towels, replaced daily. For the swimming pool, I felt like it was either useless or ill-advertised as it looks huge and deep on the pictures, but in reality it's just a meter deep soooo, don't expect to swim or exercise altogether. It's enjoyable for sure, but not completely usable, especially when there's other people in it. Ultimately, there's a laundry service sharing a common wall with the hostel (extremely convenient), and the hall includes a comfy sofa, and a fridge with (paid) drinks. The staff is kind and helpful, and the common kitchen has all one can imagine. Extra point : The WIFI works surprisingly well !! This was my first hostel on my trip in Thailand, and really set the standards high! |The rooms were spacious, clean and large. I absolutely loved the ‘booth’ type beds and the bathroom/shower facilities are excellent and well kept.|There is a launderette attached to the hostel also! |It is located in the Old Town, which is gorgeous! It is a 30 min drive to PaTong and a taxi cost us €4 each (4 of us) to get there! |The staff are gorgeous and so kind. We rented a moped near the hostel for an entire day. We had to give one of our passports to the shop in order to rent it. When we returned at 7pm, the moped shop was closed and we had planned a trip to James Bond island for 6:30am the next day. My boyfriend and I were very concerned about the passport so we approached the reception. A lady working there reassured us and kindly offered to return the key and helmets to the moped shop and collect our passport. And she did! When we returned to the hostel after our day trip, she greeted us with our passport and confirmation that all items were returned to the moped shop. We are so grateful for her kindness and help. She made us feel less anxious and we were able to enjoy our day trip.||Would HIGHLY recommend...

"I stayed at this hostel three days ago and had a very unsatisfactory experience. The room was too dark, had too many mosquitoes, and had a musty smell. Additionally, I heard the sound of rats or geckos running through the walls, which shocked me. When I requested to change my room, the officers informed me that all of the rooms were fully booked. I asked for a refund and to leave, but they didn't care and refused to refund my money. When I packed my belongings into my backpack, I noticed that there was an excessive amount of dust underneath the bed. I realized that the hostel may not have cleaned the room properly, despite their claim of doing so before we checked in. To summarize, all of these issues occurred within just 30 minutes of checking in, and I ended up checking out immediately due to the unsatisfactory conditions. Despite reading many reviews about the hostel beforehand, none of them mentioned the issues that I experienced during my brief stay.
